I was born in Venezuela and left when I was eighteen.
Since then, I’ve lived in Spain and now London. Moving so young meant I was always carrying two worlds at once — the one I came from and the one I was learning to live in.
What I missed most weren’t the big things, but the small ones: the phrases that only make sense back home, the colours, the sense of humour that always finds its way in, even when things are tough.
Casa Latina Studio came out of that. It’s my way of holding onto those details and sharing them with others who know the same feeling.
This brand isn’t about looking back with nostalgia. It’s about celebrating what we bring with us, the jokes, the style, the everyday reminders that make us who we are.
The designs are meant to feel light and fun: an embroidered phrase that makes you laugh, a bold print that takes you back for a second, or just something that feels familiar even when you’re far away.
I called it casa because it’s about home, wherever that is for you. And studio because this is where I get to play, experiment, and turn those ideas into clothes you can actually wear.
We keep things simple: small runs, good fabrics, careful stitching. The clothes are made to last, but more than that, they’re made to carry a piece of where we come from.
Casa Latina Studio is for anyone who grew up between places and still wants to wear their roots with pride — not in a loud way, but in a way that feels real, fun, and ours.
